YES! life is better 16!

Ok I'm back.

Much has happened since I last wrote.

I had my birthday party. A blast and a half. I love grass.

I turned 16.

I went for 4 days of Driver's Ed.

Wrote letters to Johanne. (Jealous?)

Passed Driver's Ed with flying colours.

Had my first pedicure (even if I WAS just a replacement)

Got my beginner's licence. (YES!!!)

Yup pretty exciting stuff. I would go intp more detail but no one really cares any way. If you do, leave a comment. (hint hint)

OK it's way past my bedtime. And it's a holiday night. (On normal occasions holidays mean staying up later but this is a special holiday indeed. I'll need my rest. Or whatever rest i can get.)

Oh Glorious Memories!

So I'm back here at Albert St. Middle School as we speak. I came to see Grace/go to her party tonight. This school brings back so many memories, both good and bad. Technically I don't think I'm supposed t be posting on here, but what else is there to do? So far, three of my old teachers have recognized me. Just being in this school, wow. Was it really two years ago? I can't believe it. That makes me feel so OLD!

Uhoh. Busted. We aren't supposed to work on blogs at school. Bah! Oh well talk at you later!

Party

Well it wasn't exactly a party. But it was fun. And pretty mush all my bestest friends in the whole world were there, except of course those who weren't there. David Higgs, my hero and best friend, was there. All we did was watch a movie. And spill things all over their house. I think there were two spots that weren't covered in something.

We watched Glory Road. Pretty much my new favorite movie. Along with Remember the Titans.

I sat on Katie's lap because I didn't want to sit on the floor. I think I broke her legs. Oh well, I don't think she minded that much. Legs aren't that important anyway.

Well I don't have anything else to say except I'd better have more than 2 people at my house on Saturday.

Friday I'm moving down to my cottage. I'll be there for the rest of the summer. But there's something that's changed this summer...........

I have a computer.

That's right. I'm going to be a part of the rest of the world (sort of) this summer. No, working in Oromocto doesn't count. I only know one person there and they are leaving for the summer. I'm so happy to have a computer. The best part is....

I have high speed.

YES!!!! Oh everything is going so much better. I hope everyone can make it on Saturday. I think I'll have it start around 4 and you can leave whenever but I think it'll be done at 10. See you there!

Hey guys!

Exams are done!!!! So is school. I'm going to miss grade 10. It's all down hill from here.

I'm now going to have to email everyone for the rest of the summer since I'll be gone.

Pray for Rebecca and that she can find a job here in Freddy. Also pray for her family.

So on Saturday I went to Oromocto and filled out 8 (or 9...) application forms for various locations. Last night I got a call for an interview with Tim Horton's after school today. I went, it was so nerve racking. It went good though. I'll know by the end of the week if I got the job.

Must sleep before exam!

Prayers for June 11th

OK as promised I'm going to put the prayer requests up. It helps to remember if you write them all down. There's lots this week so don't for get them!

Ari's mother's friend (Umehla?) is hopefully going to come to church next Sunday. Also, pray for her hyper little boy (to be less hyper and enjoy the nursery)

Ashley's friend's mom has two brain tumors and not much time. We're praying for her salvation, for the younger siblings, for the father and for the friend's teachers.

Exams

So exams are upon us once again. I have 5 of them. Some only have to do two. Grr. I have 2 exams to write tomorrow. That sucks. Then I have an interview at Tim Horton's. It's going to be a rough day.

*sigh* I can't believe it's been a year already. It makes me feel so old. It's almost my birthday too. That makes me feel so much older. Although, really, I'm not at all. I don't know what I'm going to do when I hit 30.

I have some prayer requests to post soon, as soon as I find that piece of paper. I have to finish watching Batman and then go study. Goodbye for now.

Everything right now is confusing me. I have a poetry project I should be working on. I also have exams I should be studying for. Instead I'm on MSN, where I'd rather be. Talking to friends who will soon no longer be apart of my everyday life. I've had the opportunity to minister to these people. I've made wonderful friendships. Soon, there will be nothing more than emails, if that. I really don't want to loose contact, I hate saying final goodbyes. So, I'd rather spend the time now, talking to them, helping them in whatever way I can. School is school. It will be there, always. These people, won't be. They might not affect the outcome of my career as school does, but I could affect their outlook on life.

I'm so tired right now. It's almost midnight and I have things to do tomorrow. (If I should ever wake up).
